• One account is for one person; don't share credentials.

MyHobbies is a digital software and subscription service delivered over the internet through your account. We provide the platform “as available” and work to keep it running reliably, but we may update, improve, or change features over time. Planned maintenance and occasional downtime can occur.

Philately is the first live module on MyHobbies — stamps & postmarks. It lets you browse meticulously curated catalogs, build a collection, and keep an acquisition ledger. Catalog reference data is meticulously curated and version-tracked; we don't guarantee that every entry is complete or error-free, and catalog data should not be treated as a valuation or grading authority.

You can use MyHobbies on a free plan, and new accounts can try the full feature set free for a limited trial period — no credit card is required to start. Paid plans unlock additional features and are billed for the period you choose.

• When a trial ends, your account reverts to the free plan; your collection data is preserved.
• Paid subscriptions renew for the chosen billing period unless cancelled.
• Pricing, plan features, and any discounts are shown on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to use MyHobbies lawfully and to take care of your own data. In particular, you:

• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
• Are responsible for the content and collection data you add.
• Keep your own backups by using the export feature — your data is always exportable.
• Comply with these terms and any policies referenced in them.

To keep MyHobbies safe and useful for every collector, you must not:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload unlawful or abusive content.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you aren't authorised to use.
• Disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or misrepresent the service, or use it to deceive other members.

You can stop using MyHobbies at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or to protect the platform and its members. Where reasonable, we'll give notice and a chance to put things right. If we close your account, you can request an export of your data first, except where the law or a serious violation prevents it.

MyHobbies, the platform software, and our brand marks are owned by [Legal business name to be updated] and its licensors. You keep ownership of the collection data and content you add, and you grant us only the limited licence needed to host and operate the service for you. Curated catalog data remains subject to the rules of the catalog reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHobbies and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data where you have not kept your own export. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The service is provided without warranties beyond those required by law.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes we'll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use MyHobbies after a change means you accept the updated terms.
